The waterfront Peninsula State Park is 21 mi away from the resort. All suites include a living room with a sofa sleeper, gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Featuring private bathrooms which also comes with a bath or shower. You can enjoy lake view from the room. At Waterfront Resort Westwood Shores you will find a fitness center. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and fishing. The property offers free parking. Located in Door County, the property is near my wineries including the Harbor Ridge Winery, 20 minutes' drive away. The Peshtigo Fire Museum is 22 mi away from the resort.

- It was great, had to leave early because my husband got sick. Will be back
- Location charm friendliness of the staff
- The location was near a lot of towns, but far enough away to be quite. Gorgeous view of the water and sunsets
Cons -
- Dated rooms that seem a bit in disrepair such as the slider, trim and some furniture pieces
- the only small thing was that we did not have a water view from the bedroom only the living area and based on the time of year, there was a tree in the path of the sunset
- I did not receive the room I reserved.
