Pros +

Close to where we had to be.
The friendly staff and their family. The conversation with other guests while eating breakfast at the hotel.
The location

Cons -

Some very scary people hanging out by the door of motel. Was afraid to leave my car unattended.
There was visible dirt on the VERY wrinkled sheets. The toilet seat was loose, and ready to fall off. No whole wheat bread, nor cereal and milk in the Continental Breakfast Bar. The butter had gotten warm and was separated.
The room was beat-up looking.
