Comfort Suites Oshkosh West

Clean room and friendly staff

Beds were both terribly uncomfortable and lumpy. The breakfast was not worth eating. The biscuits were cold, sausage gravy was lukewarm.

Everything smelled like marijuana throughout hotel, whirlpool only have worked, shower was spraying all over bathroom walls fridge didn’t get cold air conditioner sounding like a plane landing Not a good experience at all

The front desk gave a room which heater is very loud. Even though it is prepaid, the hotel still charges one additional nigh. After I called he said it was a mistake and is going to refund me but I still have not receive refund. Dishonest. Be Careful.

Proximity to many things in the area

No hot water and key cards had to be constantly reprogrammed

The parking was ok.

It was not as clean as i thought should be. The room needs updating or fix the bathroom door

Nice whirlpool in room

Could be clearer, elevators, lobby , food cold , eggs sausages

Garbage everywhere, stained mattresses and sheets, no hot tub, no games working. Place was a dump! Rude customer service when confronted.

The room was spacious and great

I had someone from hotel staff just walk in my room once and the. The next day staff knocked on my door at 7:15 in the morning. And asked if we were ok. It was weird.

Breakfast

Condition of the pool and there were no towels and the pool area wasn?t cleaned overnight while closed down

Breakfast

Basically it was a dump in serious need of significant renovations. When we stepped off the elevator, the immediate stench of alcohol and other unpleasant odors were clearly evident. The place needs a thorough deep cleaning.

I loved the location - easy access to several restaurants and gas stations. The staff was great! The game room was perfect for our needs. And breakfast was great. For all the guests that were staying there it was a VERY quiet room.

Only a couple things were sub par. The toilet in our room is loose from the floor and toilet seat was coming off. There was a left from previous guest lotion found on the floor by the bed under the heater. And microwave was dirty.

The staff were not very friendly at all. The atmosphere was heavy. My bed I questioned if the sheets had been changed. Toilet barely flushed. Locks looked they wouldn't even work. The upper balcony to my room was dangerously icy and never addressed.

Our hotel room smelled like smoke which is gross. The register has something loose and it was extremely loud as it rattled constantly. So we couldn't use or we wouldn't sleep.

Friendly staff, clean spaces. Well appointed room.

We knew we would check-in very late. This was the first reservation we made that indicated¿after we made this no-cancellation booking¿that our reservation may be cancelled if we do not call the hotel to re-confirm our reservation after 9pm. Not so cool.

Excellent room, very friendly staff, entire hotel area was pleasant.

Disappointed in breakfast, didn¿t know it wasn¿t hot buffet style.

The staff was so friendly.

The pool was closed. Wish we would have known that from the start. It was one reason we booked there. There was no breakfast items. We saw some fruit and that was it.

The rooms were amazing..

Yes, a staff member gave me hard time as soon as i enter the building, where I waited five min. Then rudely ask may I help you. I respond in a relax voice, I have reservations. Soon as I got to my room Hotel employee calls up to my room harrasing

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was extremely quiet. We didn’t hear any outside noise or even any other guests. Would stay here again in the future. Free parking and free WiFi were also included.

This hotel had very friendly staff, clean rooms, and great location. For two nights we were pleasantly surprised that the room was stocked for enough towels for both nights/mornings. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

It was clean and in a good location

Did not like the pool being closed nor the poor continental breakfast which only included dry blueberry muffins and fruit. I would have chosen another place if I would have known or at least been prepared and not let down.
