Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good,staff was friendly

My shower was broken, not dusting wood in hall or railings in stairway and windows need to be washed

Location was great

The hot tub pictured was covered up and no longer in use, the light inside the pool was sitting on the outside of the pool, with the wire visible. It?s an older hotel, but they have done a decent job updating

The television in our room was unplugged -- we don't know how it could have been unplugged because it was behind the big shelf unit that cannot be moved. My husband found a way to plug it in, but it was a challenge.

It's quiet and is located near my destination.

There was one thing that I'd like to mention. Your toilet tissue is not good quality. When one uses, it gets easily wet and comes off loose.

I liked that the receptionist was kind and forthcoming about the pool being closed and offered to cancel my reservation for no fee.

I dislike that I was charged for the entire weekend even though we didn¿t stay there because their pool was closed and I was told I would NOT be charged for the weekend! I really hope I get refunded back!

Room was clean, hotel staff very accommodating, pool nice & warm, convenient location.

Despite being a no smoking hotel and you have to sign that you won¿t smoke, there was a very strong odor of marijuana throughout the hallway through our stay.

The front desk staff Thursday night when we checked in was super friendly and accommodating.

Friday night there was a strong marijuana smell in the hall that seeped into our room. The smell lasted several hours.

It was a warm place to sleep before driving home.

Our TV would not turn on. Some of the outlets did not work. The bed cover was stained half way across the bed. The ceiling above the whirlpool looked like it could fall in and the surround was not connected and cockeyed so we did not use it.

The hot tub was closed. We saw it was closed when we walked in and asked if we could cancel our reservation because it was closed and she said no. She offered for us to get a whirlpool room with an up charge instead of just taking care of it. Lame.

The friendly staff, we were welcomed , who made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. He is a asset to your hotel.

The water in the tub (room 105) didn't drain very fast, but was sufficent.

The room was decent. Front desk staff was friendly. Surprisingly quiet for the number of people there. WiFi worked great! even with the high number of people there.

Bathroom had an air pressure fan, which didnt work well. No milk out at breakfast. The room was somehow damp even though we had the A/C running the entire time.

Manager actively working to renovate the facility. On Friday check in I said it looks like the hot tub was closed due to covid. He said it had a leak and would be fixed on Tuesday. On Wednesday when I asked he said it hasn¿t worked in 2 years.

Dust and smears cleaned by us. No cleaning after day 2 they said we could get towels but cleaning is every 3rd day. On the 3rd day they said no cleaning because we got towels already. After a discussion it took 2 hours for the room to be cleaned.

Not being able to get a good nights sleep. Smoking was going on in the hotel. One night I didn't get any sleep & became very sick from the cigarette smoke. Too much drama going on every night. Police were called. My stay was extremely dissapointing.

The staff was friendly, engaged and tried to make the guest experience good, but it was very obvious that ownership and/or management limited what they could and could not do to positively impact guest satisfaction.

Room cleanliness - all carpets, furniture and case goods had a dank, clammy feeling. Air conditioner made room even damper and less comfortable. Mustard packets were found under the cushion of the chair in room. Cigarette butts all over parking lot.

Nice location with a pool.

Car alarms went off at 7:50 each morning even though it was my only opportunity to sleep in all week.

Room was nice and mostly clean

Staff at check in was rude, mold on the showed curtian, toilet seat ddidn't look as though it had been cleaned, pool was cold and other loud, rude guests in the hall all night and morning, waking us up.

It was a perfect stay - friendly staff, clean updated room, decent breakfast and the cost was very economical.

The parking lot was not well plowed but we'd just had major snow. They were taking care of it as I pulled out.

Cleanliness, staff was friendly and accomodating. The common areas were nicely decorated, clean and easy to access.

Very friendly, efficient staff. Better breakfast than I expected! Comfortable beds.

The bathroom was incredibly small.
