The room was spacious and had a full kitchen! Loved it.

1. Breakfast ran out quickly and there was only 1 person working the desk and breakfast. Suggest having additonal staff at breakfast and that food items are replenished. 2. Fitness Center did not have any matts. Suggest getting mats.

I will not recommend this hotel ¿¿¿¿. I normally stay in hotels for 90 days in different states. I have a really bat experience in this hotel.

This was our first time stay at this hotel and it was very clean, the breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful and was located in a great area.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very clean. We had a king room suite. Lots of space in the room. The full kitchenette was amazing. Very comfortable bed with king size pillows. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

Very bumpy surface in entry way and to the breakfast area for handicapped people.

The common area is very colorful and inviting. The firepit outside is a nice extra. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable too! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is a definite plus!

We didn't understand the fitness room policy; while masks are currently not required and the breakfast bar is open, why are 1 hour appointments still required for the fitness room?

The suite set-up was very good for a parent traveling with a teen; very possible for one to go to bed before the other and for each to have his/her own space. The room was large relative to what is often available.

There was a long delay (40 minutes) in getting our room ready at check-in. Communication between the front desk and housekeeping staff seemed flawed.

The beds are amazing, the location is perfect when going to Froedert spine center, the staff is so very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable had a big dip in the bed and the room above me us had kids that were running in their room all night

The bathroom was left a total disaster after maintenance cleared a plugged toilet. I spoke to the manager, showed her the pictures. She said to contact you and she would only charge me for one night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the aesthetic. The room was mostly clean. The location was great due to the fact that my husband was scheduled for surgery at Froedtert the day we checked out.

Shower doors not staying shut, bathroom door not staying open, drain broken in bathroom, called for help at 4:50 told maintenance already gone until next day
