It has a very friendly staff. Pretty clean and quiet.

1. It doesn’t offer a microwave for any of the rooms. 2. The 118 had a tv stand with a broken door. 3. The room had a tub that had no stopper in it. I take baths every night. I couldn’t take one. 4. The pullout bed had paper and party sprinkles.

The bed was comfortable.

The chair in our hotel room had staining on it. The pool and hot tub looked like they had not been cleaned in awhile. There was lots of sand in both, the pool was not very warm.

Friendly staff, the BEST beds, lots of parking in a really great location for those visiting the Falls or Germantown

No complimentary breakfast, carpeting dirty, our son's room had clothing from previous occupant ..women's stockings, child's shorts.

I would have expected free coffee in the lobby. Pool was very dirty and towel bin was full so towels laying all over .

Offered food for purchase at both breakfast and dinner. Nice lounge. Room finishes were very well done.

Install comfort height toilets for this star level of hotel. Room price very high for quality level of hotel. No internet without joining Marriott rewards program which should definitely be changed to open option for all guests.

The Hotel was clean and big

I didn't like that my toilet over flowed and I had to not only stay in that same room.but had to restrain from going to the bathroom. That part was terrible as I have bladder issues. When I called down they said maintenance was closed and just use towels

Location, friendly staff, and beautiful decor

The restroom was not as clean upon arrival

It was clean, the bathroom was gorgeous, everything seemed brand new and tidy. It was close to the interstate and to the location I was bowling at the night before. It worked okay for a one night stay.

They didn't have any rollout beds. The elevator didn't work so I had to carry my four bowling balls weighing 60 pounds up to the second floor plus my luggage. It would have been nice if they labeled doors so we would know which door is closest to our room

We had young children screaming in the hallway. Not property¿s fault. Only suggestion is reservations to keep families separate rooms with capacity of one or two guests.

Nice room

Have frig in room but no microwave,and no microwave anywhere in hotel they also put 50.00 on charge card for amenities and I 'm still waiting for the credit.They say they need your charge card for amenities, but they don't say nothing about charging 50.00

Restaurant/coffee bar

Coffee pot had food in it. Took a day to get replaced.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. We liked the little breakfast bar/coffee house that it had.

The pool was closed for construction/remodeling. Just a little disappointed by not too much.

The cleanliness was top notch. The pillows were soft and fluffy not the standard big hard pillows. I would buy one if I knew where to get my hands on one. Beds were great. Free bottles of water is always a plus.

You can hear traffic on the highway.

This was a clean, modern hotel that made me feel comfortable that they were taking appropriate COVID precautions.

It is located next to a highway and the road traffic is quite loud.

The room was spacious and the aesthetics were wonderful. The shower was also nice and well maintained.

Clean and quite. Also had rooms available.

Although they had rooms available, didn't have the room I selected.

It is a very nice hotel. For being in the middle of a brand change over I think they're doing a great job.

After the maid knocked on the door and we told her we didn't need anything, someone else opened the door and walked in our room without knocking. My wife had just gotten out of the shower and was not dressed. It was very awkward.
