Room was clean

No elevator . Called to get a first floor room since my husband can't walk well cant do stairs and uses a wheelchair. Was told have first floor room but ended up on 2nd floor. Was very difficult for husband. No 1st floor room avail. Very disappointed.

breakfast + pool

the man working the front desk was extremely rude. there was a $50 pet fee that was never mentioned anywhere when booking. and our room was EXTREMELY humid/wet to the point where i couldn't sleep.

The advertisement stated this hotel's checkout time is 12 noon: however, the staff kicked us out at 11 a.m.

Staff was accommodating.

Breakfast items were not replenished. Coffee in room was all decaf. Overpowering cleaning supply smell in hallways.

hallways are dreary and dark …really dark Heavy heavy horrible scent that reeked and permeated entire premises .. if you have allergies avoid at all costs No elevators so we assumed there would be ramps … wrong again Phone in room was disabled

Our late night receptionist, was exceptionally sweet and calm and kind despite the unusually busy night (11:30 pm). She is who made this hotel experience better than expected. Additionally, the breakfast attendant was also very kind and attentive.

The bathrooms were small. An overweight person might feel cramped.

No fitness roo. Like advertising, No t.v. working. No recompense

No t.v. or any to fix the problem. But the room accos the hall I can here they t.v. all night

Clean, room was spacious, towels were soft, bed was comfy and very nice feeling sheets. These thongs are important to me.

Nothing. I would never stay there again.

Grand daughter was covered in little bites. Possibly bed bugs. Room smelled. Low budget furniture. Registration desk 1 1/2 miles from hotel. Door wouldn¿t open. Had to drive back 1 1/2 miles to desk. Had to drive 3/4 mile back to water park.

Heat went out in the middle of the night. Was cold all night, and nothing was done

Common areas not clean; mundane breakfast offerings.

The breakfast I'm the morning the pool and the whirlpool and it was close to the dells

Location

The room was very dirty. There was even a large,half-eaten bag of potatoe chips in the nightstand drawer. The refrigerator had not even been wiped out as there was dried, spilled milk in it. However, the sheets were clean. Definitely NOT recommend!

Tube appears dirty/stained.

It was pretty convenient. The room was great but not clean. The previous guests left food in freezer and floors had rubber bands and lots of small trash on it.

They ended breakfast before 10 so it was a waste counting on that on a Saturday morning.

Well located close to interstate so I didn¿t have to search or drive around trying to find it to continue my travels. Also had all the restaurants and stores very close by should you need anything from apples to sunscreen. Great location

Good Breakfast. Convenient location. It was nice to be right off the pool area for my kids.

The hotel is just starting to show it's age. Could use some updates. Room was quite small without room for a table, but still was able to meet our needs.

Convenience to the show in Wisconsin Dells we were seeing.

When we checked in we were told the pool and hot tub were out of order. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel. We looked at pool area and floor was being painted. Why wouldn¿t you do that during the week when fewer guests. Should get a discount.

Best thing was location

I am upset that there was a pool and hot tub volutes both were out of order. Some one should have told me
