Pros +
- The views and proximity to the event I was attending in Ashland were very nice.
- Friendly staff. Room was very clean! Good location.
- Easy check in, great staff, awesome pool area outside our door
Cons -
- The bathroom in my room at least was in desperate need of a remodel. The toilet was almost touching the door, zero access while in use. The walls around the showers were falling apart and the toilet paper holder was hanging on by a prayer.
- poor WIFI connection
- No elevator, ramp, or stairs lift to the second floor.

Location, breakfast,
poor WIFI connection
The view and nearness to so many things
No elevator, ramp, or stairs lift to the second floor.
Pool and hottub, view of the lake.
Highway noice was very bad.
My room connected to the hot tub
Pool hours close too early. Suggesting a 10pm to midnight adult time.
Staff is super nice, he works at the frontdesk; he always remembers who I am. I love that guy!!!
The room was comfortable, and had a nice lake view.
The outside of the hotel and walkways were not very clean and needed attention. The room itself could use some updating and attention to detail.
location
bed frame had sharp corners and clients should be very careful (I was not) and the room loud with noise from outside of the room
The entire hotel smells of chlorine. There must have been an issue with a water leak, cause our room had a dehumidifier in our room for some reason..? The doors and walls are paper thin, and you can heat people in the pool like you?re sitting right there.
Great location and beautiful view.
They only clean the room if you ask.
Great feel with beautiful wood, gorgeous location. Safe. Nice.
Location
Waterfront was a marsh. View obstructed by solid railing with balcony shared by all rooms. Had to keep curtains closed for privacy. Room needed updated.
Nice hotel room, beautiful view
Just wish there was easier access to room upstairs
The location, price and amenities were excellent.
The view from our sliding door window onto Lake Superior. It was great!
It was rated at 3 star, but the age of the facilities was more 2.5.
Very friendly staff at check-in. Excellent Continental ¿¿
No elevator
Better than we expected. Right on the Lake just outside oof town. Good Mexican restaurant attached by the parking lot. 10% offers coupon at check in. Our roo. Was just off the pool. Nice outdoor seating. Free breakfast.
I've had better free breakfasts. Plastic cutlery really cheap. The worst kind. No plain yogurt.
Great room, view, pool, hot tub, breakfast.
Price doubled (season i guess?).
