This hotel was perfect. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel and room. There were zero odd hotel odors and the room was clean and mattresses were comfortable. The lobby was well maintained and comfortable as well. The staff was very helpful.

The heat in the room thermostat was stuck on one temperature and so by midnight we had to turn off the heat and then woke up cold Also the toilet just flushed it. It seems like their was a plug and the Water would back up

Nothing it was the worst hotel experience ever. Coming from the hospitality industry that says a lot. That hotel should not have been allowed to even be in service. There was absolutely no hot water available in our rooms whatsoever. Unacceptable period.
