- Doors are very loud opening and shutting so at night a real distraction
- Upon arrival the first room we were in had no working refrigerator. After moving to a second room, the shower was clogged. It was fixed as quickly as possible.
- When I arrived with my grandchildren there was a group of people sitting at a table right outside the front door drinking and smoking - definitely not a good first impression!
