- comfortable bed and pillow-clean rooms-nice breakfast-friendly staff
- Room was decent
- Nothing it was the worst hotel experience ever. Coming from the hospitality industry that says a lot. That hotel should not have been allowed to even be in service. There was absolutely no hot water available in our rooms whatsoever. Unacceptable period.
Cons -
- Pool and hot tub have not worked in almost 2 years. They still charge full rates even though you do not have all the hotel features. Also breakfast is not that great.
- Nothing it was the worst hotel experience ever. Coming from the hospitality industry that says a lot. That hotel should not have been allowed to even be in service. There was absolutely no hot water available in our rooms whatsoever. Unacceptable period.
- The pool and hot tub are broken and from the sounds of it they will be for the foreseeable future.
