- It is clean.
- I was able to reserve a room on the first floor as I requested. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked with kleenex,toilet paper, towels and shower items. I was thrilled that this hotel had a coffee machine in the room.
- I really enjoy the breakfast.
Cons -
- Icy conditions in walkways could be better.
- TV would lock up every minute and freeze. Hard to watch a show.
- No elevator. No waffle or pancake machines. The bed felt like all coils with no padding. The room is next to the stairs to the 2nd floor. The noise stopped at 1am and restarted at 4am. There was no way to get a good night's sleep.
