Nothing. Staff was incompetent and hostile
The room was super comfy and quiet, bed was cozy.
The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to be downtown Yakima. The guest room was spacious and clean.

Staff was incompetent and hostile. Wouldnt honor the reservation I purchased.
Usually not one to complain about hotel staff but checking in the guy helping me was extremely rude. His attitude and demeanor towards me was rude and was not appreciative
The hotel room did not have any USB ports.The front desk person did not have anything to help accommodate for the lack of USB ports. The breakfast, for which I paid an extra $12, was pathetic! This hotel is not worth the extra money you pay to stay there

The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to be downtown Yakima. The guest room was spacious and clean.

The room was nice and it was clean.

The room was too warm and I was informed the temperature could not be lowered. Windows could not be opened to provide fresh air. Made for uncomfortable sleeping. No food vending machines or hot food available on premises except for a $6 bag of pretzels.
