Everything the location was sketchy Wayover priced the damage deposit was absolutely ridiculous. $--- almost triple what I spent for the single night. The hotel is located next to a busy street so I couldn?t sleep due to the sound of traffic all night.

I requested a double bed room as my husband was traveling with my teen daughter. When he checked in he said they only had a single bed. This was not what was requested, and even after another patron offered to trade rooms the staff would accomodate.

I love the room we stayed in with 3 beds the staff was very nice

Very cute hotel with nice updated painted decor outside! Inside was an average normal hotel room, with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. They provided earplugs for the nearby industrial noise but I didnt even notice that until we were leaving.

The location is great for walking to downtown restaurants and venues. The parking area is off-street, but not secured.

No on-site gym. TV was a little small and Old. Lamp on desk did not have a on off switch. Pillows were flat. There were no utensils in room such as spoon or fork. There was a surprise $50 deposit requested at time of checking in. Slow deposit refund.

Pretty quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast was nice too.

TV didn?t work. I called desk at 7 and he came and did everything I?d told him I?d just done and was stupefied then blamed cable company. When I asked if other rooms had same problem he said he?d check and never came back. I told manager who didn?t care.

Mold. There was mold in the shower and tub. Black mold. Red. Yellow. All the mold. It was clearly from a lack of cleaning. The paint was peeling off the walls. The floors were dirty under the table. There was a dead cockroach.

The breakfast was great. The customer service was outstanding. I really enjoyed my stay here. The people were so sweet.

The There was dust and crumbs and dirt on the carpet in the corners and along the wall. The hotel is sandwiched between two gas station/convenient stores that are gathering grounds for transient people who openly use drugs. Not walkable at all.

Our room was really dirty. There was quite a bit of trash under our beds from previous guests. The room was also very dusty

This hotel met our needs. 2 bedrooms, a living room and kitchenette. We felt safe and the other people staying there were friendly good people. Single story a plus. Very close to the airport and stores conveniently close by.

The location was decent. The rooms were nice. The kitchen was awesome! Had silverware, coffee pot, microwave, and good size stove, and fridge. The beds were comfortable enough. Definitely had a apartment feel. Lots of food near by.

The concept was great. We liked location and kitchenette. Front desk person was super nice and helpful. They accept dogs and it works great to take them out.

Very helpful staff. I was taking a car to Spokane for service and my battery went dead. The bell captain arranged a jump start first thing the next morning and I was able to get to my service appointment on time. Outstanding lighting in the room.
