Pros +
- Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nicely done and warm.
- Very helpful staff. I was taking a car to Spokane for service and my battery went dead. The bell captain arranged a jump start first thing the next morning and I was able to get to my service appointment on time. Outstanding lighting in the room.
- The beds were amazing. The mattresses they have on the beds are some of the best mattresses I?ve slept on.
Cons -
- No bell captain service for taking luggage to and from room.
- Valet parking too expensive. Waitress in Safari room when we had drinks on Friday night took over half an hour to come back to us each time, even though she walked by us several times without looking at us. People partying in room next to us til 12:23 AM.
- All electrical outlets in our room were loose so anything plugged in did not receive power. ( except for the gfci near sink)
