- Consistently kind and helpful staff, they tried to resolve my issue

Cons -
- 5 am someone was doing something in the room next to us
- The first room I got smelled like pet odors and cleaning solution so thick in the air I asked to switch rooms. Though staff found me another, it also had a strong odor I couldn?t air out with the windows open and the fan blowing over four days.
- My room was so noisy being right by the elevator and housekeeping room. You could hear the air condition from the other room.
