No information given at checkin that there was no room service, nor could you get replacement towels. Unable to get toilet paper unless you paid for it. Phone in room didn?t work. People in the room above us were extremely noisy past quiet hours
The walls are paper thin. The beds are old and uncomfortable. Management was really inflexible and rude (mainly owner and manager).
There was ?hair? in the bathtub had to wash it myself before taking a shower. Thin walls could hear a dog next door barking at 2AM. Could hear the upstairs guests walking and running.
