Best Western Plus Puyallup Hotel

Information in room Said breakfast daily until 9:30. Monday they put all the food away at 9am. So there was a difference there and the hot food was soso. Bathrooms way too small like insanely small.

Last time I stayed the pool gave 3 of my kids ear infections. This time the hot tub had copious amounts of hair and dirt floating in it.

fire alarm went off at 0200. Construction/remodeling made it dusty/odor. Not deal breakers, but wasn?t pleasant.

Clean, modern, great staff. We stay in five star hotels across the world, and this one measured up to a much higher level.

The AC could not keep up either night, they said they had no other rooms for us to move to and the temp would not go below 76. We had a terrible experience.

So, we have stayed at a few motels/hotels every year (between 4 and 6 for two or three nights each stay). We have never had the door lock not work; however, this night after a hard days work to find the batteries in the door lock dead and 1/2 hour later

Located near events and venues in this city. Happened to be the best priced in the area on the days we needed a hotel.

Very uncomfortable bed, broken springs, hump in the middle. Large ant wandering the countertop in the bathroom.

hello There were bugs in one of the rooms reserved room in the  and she got rash/bug bites on the not sleep well. We did complain but the front desk told us to lodge the complaint with you. Look forward for the refund for one room.

Rooms were a little rundown, Bar and Bistro that were advertised on the website was only open Thursday night of our stay, Even that was posted in the hotel to open Friday and

Room was very nice, located close to amenities.

Pillowcases had not been changed on one of the beds, found oil and blood on unused pillows.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is located next door to a Denny¿s. It is near other restaurants, the freeway and a short drive from the mall.

The room was a little small for the price and the bed was very firm and squeaky. It made noise every time I moved.

Price was right, room was functional and food choices were very close

Got the sweet wanted to move in it was like a little apartment had a Jacuzzi.

Slipped getting out of that jacuzzi got a massive bruise on my leg now. They should put some sticky things on the floor or something

The hotel was very very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location felt Safe. I really had a great experience at this hotel and would like to stay again.
