Some of the staff was super nice then there was a cleaning lady was extremely rude in no circumstance should you ever be yelling at customers for not reading a sign when the sign said something completely different the day before also everything was close

The room was spacious and at a good price.

It was a little noisy at night as it was close to the highway.

Great pool, great staff, very clean, good breakfast with gluten free options. The square feet of the room is bigger than other similar hotels in the area. Did I mention the staff was amazing?

it was fairly quiet , it was pretty clean . Breakfast buffet was decent with some gluten free options but they really need to provide bigger glasses for ice water and an ice water station .

there was only one brand new employee at the front desk and no one available to bring anything to your room if you needed it . she called her manager and asked him to face time to help her and he wouldn't . it took quite a long time to get checked in.

There staff was terrible and they incorrectly charged myself and friends for pet fees and were had to work with to rectify the prickle

They refused to do anything after people were getting sick at the pool because their chemicals were out of balance.

The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows

The elevator went out on my 2nd day there and we were forced to use the stairs the rest of our trip. I normally wouldn't mind but im healing from ankle surgery so stairs were hard. Also this location is right next to the freeway, it was very loud

Very friendly staff, not too crowded. The breakfast was good, lots of choices.

My only issue was the fire alarm went off due to a guest burning food in their room.

Customer service was outstanding! Very clean hotel and we loved our room. Breakfast was good and the employee was good about checking and restocking every couple of minutes. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Would definitely stay here again!

It is next to a busy highway and we had a corner room so we could hear it but it didn?t bother us. The hotel was very quiet overall.

Beds were very comfortable. Temperature in room was able to get cool to help my family sleep. Breakfast had a good selection.

Pillows were to soft even though they said soft and firm. There was no difference. Some road noise through the window.

VERY attentive staff, good breakfast and location. Well stay there again as our go-to hotel when we visit family in Puyallup. Thank you for the toothbrush and razor, I forgot mine. Thankfully, theres a McDonalds in the parking lot, we arrived late.

The staff had very good customer service and was very helpful and its was very clean from lobby to the room so complaints. I will stay there again and will do a referral.

It was good no complaints

I loved the free complimentary breakfast, it had everything you would desire for a breakfast meal. Also include grab and go bags that you could take to your room for any food you wanted to bring with you.

No balcony that you could step out onto from the hotel room. The pool was closed my entire stay for maintenance, that was very disappointing. And also I was very disappointed that there was over $100 fee to change just one day that I would be staying ther

Location was in a good area. The hotel was clean and the breakfast had a good selection.

The parking was limited and filled up at night. Had to park in another parking lot when we returned in the evening.

Good location, clean room, very nice breakfast, very friendly staff, nice in room kuerig coffee station.

Very loud traffic noise 24/7 (at least in 416 & 418). Front desk has free ear plugs...you will need them. Cosmetically the furniture was a little beat up and the bathroom had water damage on door and rusty ceiling fixtures.
