The staff were friendly and willing to answer questions or address concerns I had. Also it was close tot the stadium where I attended a graduation.

The carpet looked like it needs to be replaced (through the entire hotel).

2 days in a row breakfast was not restocked and coffee pots were empty. Room was clean and adequate.

Nice location for walking to the Washington State Fairgrounds. Breakfast was good. Employees were friendly. Room was clean.

Air conditioning energy efficient thermostat with motion sensor would not go cold enough at night. Toilet paper was ridiculously bad quality.

I arrived in the afternoon roughly about 4 PM and there was a young lady with long hair and it was half purple she was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to assist me with a double booking she was very kind, professional, and definitely an asset??

Parking in the front was very limited, and they did not enforce the parking so that guest can stay in. The lines made parking almost impossible coming in at eight hours of the evening.

The parking situation. I totally understand the construction going on but finding parking was difficult. The garage was small and full when needing parking.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was more than what I expected very clean and comfortable the breakfast had a lot of choices and a large room to enjoy the food

Proximity to highway and downtown areas with unique shops & food options.

I prefer to have a walk-in shower. The existing tub/shower configuration didn't match the quality of the room.

Pet friendly & had coin laundry room available. Good breakfast options. Within walking distance (20 min) of great coffee, eateries, farmer's markets, & more. Safe!

Construction was going on, 0700 on weekdays. Tis the price of improvement; temporary inconvenience. No real complaints against the hotel.

The location and the excellent breakfast. A good supply of healthy microwavable meals.

The microwave popcorn was "old". There are no restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was terrible, turkey sausage links really?? And having to put the hanger on the door to have your house keeping done? That¿s a new one to me. Parking was not good for a crew cab long bed truck No trailer parking

It was very quit at night.

I request a king bed and got 2 queen instead.

Could hear elevator going up and down very loudly from our room

Everything was so clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great. Loved the pool and jacuzzi.
