I loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to fairgrounds, great breakfast and amenities

Pool was closed, but I assume that is seasonal

The hotel, including the room, was clean and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room.

They don't have good smoking areas. A staff member chewed me out for smoking in a smoking area.

The accessible room worked well for us. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff in the dining area was very friendly and helpful for any special needs we had.

As in most handicap accessible rooms, there are things lacking. My son suggested you ride in a wheelchair to see how accessible to get in/out of the room (not good in this room), and to access the closet, bathroom sink, and bed.

The blanket and comforter on the bed were very thin, not warm enough and we asked for an additonal blanket and the blanket that was brought to the room looked like something they would hand out in prison or a homeless shelter. I was coarse and offensive

The customer service was exceptional! And it was clean!

The only thing was the breakfast options were limited. And there wasn¿t enough of everything. I suggest you have vegan options.

This property was very clean and the Staff was warmly professional. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff there kept everything available and fresh. The beds were amazing and we slept well.

Was disappointed there were no fresh towels, vacuum the room and make the bed service.

I love the Hotel decor, the room, staff and services. It was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping and other services were available for off scheduled request as well.

While being close to the freeway was a plus but the noise level from the freeway made it very difficult for me to sleep (I am a light sleeper). The walls were a little thin, I could hear the noise from other rooms from people walking around upstairs.

Very clean, great breakfast, and just on the other side of the Highway from the state fair. We did not interact with the staff much but they all seemed nice and happy to work there.

We arrived late evening to start a weeklong stay. We ended up on the corner of the hotel nearest to the highway. Very noisy at 630 am.

Very clean, kept well, friendly staff, cookies & coffee all day.

Staff was great, room was comfortable, amenities good.

Bathroom was not clean, top cover on bed was stained, only one waffle maker for breakfast with about 40 people eating.
