- Staff was very nice and everything was very clean.
- The location is good and the room was somewhat outdated but clean.
- Outstanding location- great views of mountain tops, gateway to get to Paradise to view Mt. Rainier. Also great location to Mt Saint Helen's as well. Just centrally located and especially nice. The rooms are wonderful! Hotel employee at desk, VERY hospitable. A++++
Cons -
- Over priced for average hotel but is on par with the rest of the over priced united states.
- The thermostat did not seem to make any difference and the Direct TV options where terrible. Smart TV in the room would be nice. That way I can stream my own services like Netflix or Amazon Prime.
- I loved everything about this hotel.
