Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington

Great set up, we stay there several times per year when in the area

only downside is its very close to train track/stops and there are pretty loud train horns going of consistently during the night so bring earplugs

Pool and Lucy who checked us in and gave us some suggestion ?s of places to eat yummy. n and sweet new young girl who was very thorough, smiling plus offered water to have on our walk.

All was excellent!!

Several sports teams were guests. Lots of noise from walls and ceiling.

Breakfast could be better, but that is what you usually get at a Hampton Inn. Holliday Express does a better job.

The guest manager told us to basically eff off because we didn¿t have a credit card on hand after paying $--- for 2 rooms

Plenty of storage space for toiletries. Great breakfast, variety of choices (eggs, meat, fruit, pastries, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals). Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff.Free Internet and parking. Good exercise room: cardio, barbells, medicine balls.

I got to the hotel at 9:45 pm very tired and no one was at the front desk. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up. Room was not clean

satisfactory. bed was a little soft and felt like needs to be updated. felt like hundreds of people have used it causing it to reduce its firmness. but the rooms were comfortable and with covid-19 protocol I was not in need of everyday room need.

the hotel was as I expected especially with Covid-19 protocol - not much you can do about that. I have no reason not to use and stay with Hampton Inn in future. I like The Hampton Inn.

The room was clean. The breakfast was simple but good.

The auto door coming into the hotel makes a terrible sound. The door to the room was set very tight so that it was difficult to push open. There was only one chair in the room. It had a couch but it was right by the big heating grate so was uncomfortable

The hotel was amazing great staff . The pool reservations was wonderful my family. I wishI kept all names to recognize but all we encountered were wonderful. Breakfast was great to well done

Exactly what I hoped for. Clean. Appropriate COVID measures. Extra coffee in the room. Great breakfast. Very polite receptionist.

Recently remodeled, the room was modern, and spacious. Nice colors and furnishings. The chaise was comfy, and big screen tv also great. The free hot breakfast was appreciated, as many hotels have discontinued it during the pandemic. AWESOME STAFF!

The breakfast was amazing! Pool and rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Location and staff were great

The currents are tricky so we had a sleepless night with street lights shining in. Hot breakfast was ok not great, cold breakfast options were good.

Room was clean bed was super comfy staffs were great and gave my kids treasure hunt to find while we waited

Housekeeper took our dirty towels but didn't leave us any clean ones
