They were doing a remodel so it east dusty, uninviting and everything was closed. I had to pay an extra $50 to park there and the free continental breakfast consisted of dry cereal and a banana that was rotten. I left early and requesting a refund.

Convenience to the ferry.

Daily charge for guest parking. Huge turn off! I wish guests were notified at time of booking that the hotel was updating. No hot breakfast no gym facilities. Our final bill should reflect inconvenience cost.

The view was beautiful.

There was a leak above our door. It was dripping water into a garbage can.

The location, style and breakfast

Greeted warmly by front desk staff. Check in was smooth. Location to Anthonys restaurant was convenient.

Entry smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was subpar with stale french toast, cold eggs and weak coffee.

We booked this place because of the pool. It was closed down. The socket by my bedstand was not working. You had to work hard with the key card to get access to the elevator from the parking garage.

The view from our window and walking distance to things we wanted to go to . Also the tub which is whh we booked the room

The toilet handle required a lot to flush .

I like the location of the hotel. It makes getting around easy.

This was my third stay at the hotel and it seems as though the level of cleanliness has gone down. The trash in my room was only taken out once in six days. A mop bucket was sitting out overnight in the hallway on the main floor amid other things.

Every staff member we had contact with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff kept the area superbly clean, stocked and willing to help with questions, directions. Every shift of front desk staff superb, very helpful, cheerful, welcoming! Great stay

Staff was super friendly, 3 people working while we were there. A guy with dreads was working for 15 hours and was as happy/smiling and energetic after 15 hours as he was the 1st time we'd seen him! A guy  let us check in earlier than 3 too.

No late check out unless you have the Hilton premium membership. Also, Hamptons are not in the same league as Hilton (no amazing complimentary items, like a 4 star breakfast and/or Starbucks vouchers). Pool was small. But, location was perfect!

The pool had to make reservations, the beds were not comfortable at all, pillows were not good either.

The whole hotel is clean and inviting. The rooms are comfortable. I love that they have a mini fridge and microwave.

The parking is bad. You have to pay $11 per day to park pretty far because their main lot in the garage is half taken by a restaurant. There is construction next to one side and the banging starts at 7:00 am.

My remote was wrapped up and sealed when I got it. However when I unwrapped it there was a weird substance on it that looked like dried chocolate or blood

Great spot in the center of town. Next door to a Starbucks and ice. Team store! Friendly staff clean hotel.

The view and the deck with the grill was awesome.

The breakfast was lacking because of the virus but I feel like that should adjust pricing and the pool was closed but that all goes into effect when pricing so it should be adjusted to match what is available.

Size of the pool and when I decided to extend my stay i asked for housekeeping still. They did not come till 530 at night.

Location, cleanliness.

Very unhappy with loud AC/heat unit in the middle of the night which created a bad nights sleep. Reported it to reception, no apology and it wasn't even fixed when returning after the day- so it happened again. Credit card billed 2X for stay. Not good.
