Pros +
- The jacuzzi tup and really friendly staff. The fireplace themed heater was nice. The staff were really nice and I wasn't going to give a bad review as their niceness over road it, until I got a message from booking.com.
- The spa sweet is amazing
- My room was filthy. Someone had used the shower before I checked in. Water in the tub and on the floor. The floor was sticky from using a dirty mop. Mold stains on the sheets. Blood stains on the blanket. The room is in dire need of work. Gaps between the floor and the modeling, uneven tiles in the kitchen area, the ironing board was covered in stains and a white substance, the refrigerator smelled like fish. The drawers in the dresser had nasty stuff in the corners. The whole room smelled diety and disgusting. When I checked out the gal ask how my stay was and I informed her the room was filthy and stunk and her response was "I'm sorry". The parking lot was riddled with litter. The stairs had dry blood on them, the railing was sticky, and the area where the dumpster was was overflowing with garbage, garbage on the ground around the dumpster. Open invitation for vermin infestation and my room had ants. The refrigerator needs to be replaced and the ice bucket had been used prior as it had water in it and a dead bug. The shower was not cleaned either as it had what appeared to be dirt on the walls and the drain screen was not seated. I took pictures of everything and had a witness prior to me bringing items inside. Staff didn't seem to be concerned. I have stayed in quite a few motels over the years and this one was by far the worst.
Cons -
- It reminded me of a prince that was now a pauper. Things were clean, but worn out looking. You couldn't use the coffee pot unless you got on the ground to unplug the microwave and then plug in the pot. Apparently there used to be an extension cord but it might have been stolen. The light over the bathroom sink was not working. The outlet to charge the phone would not work unless the main light switch was turned on and how can you charge your phone next to the bed all night if an overhead light is on all night. The water from the jacuzzi smelled a bit moldy or something, but that may have just been me. The grounds outside were not clean and cared for and there appeared to be a homeless person in the lot reorganizing the car for hours on in, making me feel unsafe security wise. It was a lot to pay for these problems listed to not be fixed. It felt uncared for. The staff were really nice though. You could tell in it's prime, it was a nice room.
- There's really nothing to complain about
- The whole experience was awful. You clearly get what you pay for-nastiness!!

It had electricity but room was poorly lit.
Air conditioner horribly loud, switched rooms. Then, battled through spider webs and spiders…there was no toilet paper. Staff person upset that I came back to office and she stated “what’s wrong now” ? Then, I upset her that she had to stand up to retrieve toilet paper. Curtains wouldn’t close in room, there was no cord, but didn’t matter…curtains not wide enough. Outside Steps to second floor room were uneven and different heights so tripping hazard. Room overall dark and poorly maintained. Staff woman at desk barely spoke English.
