Pleasant enough hotel, nice room, comfortable bed
Service just okay. First day our room did not have soap by the bathroom sink and only 3 (cheap) paper cups for a 4 person room. And the ice bucket leaked. The pleasant front desk person brought things. The next morning we told the housekeeper we would be out of the room in ten minutes—around 9:00, then later noticed coffee and tea had not been replenished and realized room had never been cleaned. And the second ice bucket also leaked. The pool was too cold to enjoy. The Front desk person on Saturday was not all that pleasant.

Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Small shower head, no water pressure or hot water. Showers were warm water with little pressure. Kids running up and down the hallways all night.

The location was good. The room was clean.
The bath tub had been painted and the paint had chipped. The breakfast buffet was lacking in selection and quality.

Room and bed were comfortable. Decent location to Colonial Williamsburg and the college. Good coffee at breakfast!
Only one working elevator which I think is the norm. Small bathroom with bad lighting. Breakfast just okay. We made good waffles, though! And had good coffee. They allow people to sit on benches right at front door and smoke.

We always stay at this location when we visit Williamsburg. It is an exceptional value compared to the other hotels in the area. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, price is right. What more do you want?
Nothing in particular. Our experience with this hotel has improved with every visit as they have been renovating it for a number of years.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room had mold all around the walls and smiled like mildew. The hotel lobby smelled liked urine when we walked in. We asked for our money back and had to search for other hotels in the area.
