The rooms are cleane
They were doing extremely loud construction all day sar it was ridiculous! It was obviously right beside our room or on top there is no way there wasnt enough empty rooms to plan better or at least dont do that on a sat?

Loved the jacuzzi tub and staff were very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows. Location was great, easily reached shopping and restaurants.
Wished that the paid breakfast was mentioned before going downstairs. Even on the app I couldn’t find any mention of there being a fee. Also physical room keys wouldn’t work.

Location of the hotel was wonderful. It was within walking distance to everything.
The parking was less than favorable. The front desk clerk at check in yarned in my face when I walked up to the counter and could not seem to shake it. She offered no information other then my room number. The front desk clerk at check out was wonderful.

Location was wonderful. Close to so much shopping and restaurants
Cleanliness needs to improve. Bathroom was not clean or stocked, soap was stuck to the counter, counter had a white film on it and was sticky. Chair in room was stained and cobwebs on the wall.

Great location.
The beds are hard as rocks. Seriously. 4 nights of being extremely uncomfortable. For this reason, and I alone, when we visit Va Beach again, we won’t stay here.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable
There was an odor in the bathroom. There were 3 stress cracks in the ceiling and water damage. The pool could not be used. They were over charging for the Continental breakfast. The pillows were flat.
