One of the nicest hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in. Very clean, very well decorated and a huge space. We will definitely come back.

It?s very dated. They say they?re renovating but there?s no such sign. Rooms are outdated, mattresses need to be replaced, the whole place needs a facelift.

The room description included microwave and fridge which were not in the room we occupied . False description

The hotel was dirty, dirt was smeared on the walls, blanket and pillows looked dirty. No assistance with parking you have to find a random place on the street, then haul all your luggage to the hotel. There is no loading or unloading spots.

Location and staff.

We were upgraded to a newly renovated room. Great view, modern decor, but the bathroom door was about an inch too wide for the opening and didn't close. Horrible lighting. Room 606

The friendliness and the beds were very comfortable. The room was the perfect size and the price was good.

The staff is nice.

We ended up staying elsewhere because the room was musty and felt dirty. This is not a 4-star hotel.

Great location, easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, VCU and the capital.

The four star rating is a joke. This thing hasn?t been touched since the 80s. The customer service was absolutely awful and there was no air-conditioning in the lobby when it was about 100� outside.

The restaurant was beautiful. We had two fine breakfasts there.

Our room, unfortunately, had a view of an ugly alley behind the hotel.

Not anything small rooms,no toiletries in room , free breakfast not true, cold free coffee all morning order a coffee from the restaurant for $5 and it was cold ..vallet parking spaces full only one space had to ride around until one came available.

Location

Hotel was dirty and dated. First room I was sent too had piss on the toilet seat then they sent me to another room with pout even apologizing which was cleaner but all vents were filthy and room is not maintained. Lobby was full of boxes and bar was close

The hotel is in a great location.

The night Manager was very rude, the room was not was advertised. I was expecting a larger room, booked king deluxe felt like a regular room. It said breakfast was included on my booking. The hotel does not offer breakfast.

I was furious when we arrived & discovered that what you called a four star hotel was not even a two star hotel. The nicest thing I could say about the place is that the valet guy was a sweetheart. And that the people at the front desk were pleasant.

We had driven for more than 12 hours and were expecting there to be a restaurant in the lobby per your description. It was nonexistent. And the hotel luxe rooms that were showing on the lobby screen are projected for the future, & nonexistent right now.

How this hotel receives a four star rating is a complete mystery to me. The bed was absolutely horrible. The "light" breakfast was pathetic. There is no way I would ever pay $--- a night to stay here again.

I appreciated that the hotel was close to so many important neighborhoods and sites of the city. It¿s walking distance to good restaurants and activities. Most of the staff were friendly.

This hotel is not luxury. I was very disappointed about the hotel room and quality. It felt disheveled and parts were antiquated and broken. My room also did not get much light which enhanced antiquated feeling.

Location very convenient Staff exceedingly friendly, especially Starlette, apologizing if I spelled her name wrong at front desk. Cleaning staff as well as parking valet very friendly and helpful with directions and answering questions about Richmond.

No refrigerators in room, wood furniture should be updated

I Loved the STAFF! Everyone was so kind & helpful. And I mean EVERYONE!!! Looking forward to visiting again soon. Hats off to Chris, Guest Services manager. He was so amazing. Thank You All. Stay Safe Stay Blessed ¿¿¿¿

No daily room cleaning. Bar closed. No microwave in Room.
