The room was small, continental breakfast would be nice

Location, lobby and all common areas were very clean and Nicely decorated. Staff were very pleasant.

For the price there could have been more amenities.

The staff were ALL so nice! Everyone I had any interaction with were so pleasant. Even just passing them in the hall. It was very refreshing.

No, the location was great being very close to National Theater. It is connected to the convention center which was also great and so convenient.

Hotel was clean and attractive and convenient to my location of choice. Staff was great. Excellent restaurant/bar and common area. Great view.

The hotel was advertised as having a pool and spa on the web. I selected this hotel SPECIFICALLY because it had a pool and spa. When I arrived, I was told that the pool and spa had been out of order for 2 years. No discounts were available as a result.

How close it was to the event center

My reservation was messed up after calling the hotel days before to confirm, and there is no pool as advertised.

Very comfortable bed. The room was exceptionally clean and the hotel wS centrally located

Someone tried to make charges on my debit card a day after I checked out only used the card for check in

Most of the hotel amenities were closed due to remodeling during COVID - pool, fitness center, Starbucks, sports bar and restaurant.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good restaurant menu.

The parking situation wasn't great - $27 to park overnight. No attached parking garage. Really disappointed in that respect and we won't be back to that hotel due to that fact. Plenty of other places to stay with more convenient parking.

Check-in was late (4pm). We arrived at 4:30 and were told our room wasn't yet ready. We did not get into our room until 6pm. Also, the toilet leaked.

Great sports pub, parking garage connected to hotel was very reasonably priced with covered access.

Everything met my expectations.

The toilet handle was broken off and the toilet flushed very loudly and at a slow rate. Parking should be included for the expensive price of the hotel. Staff was friendly though.

EXELENT LOCATION FOR VCU GRADUATION EVENT

NO DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE FOR GUESS IN ROOM. WE CAME BACK TO OUR ROOM AT MIDNIGHT AND FOUND NONE.

Convenient location. That is about the only positive thing I have to say.

Did not honor reservation for room with 2 beds. There were dirty towels stuffed in the cabinet that held the refrigerator.

We only checked in around 4:30 on Sunday night and left for the concert at 6:30. We returned around 11:30 and checked out around 8:00 on Monday morning. I can only tell you that the check in staff was polite and helpful, the room was clean & above average

The parking was total chaos. There was not the ability to pull over and get our luggage out. We were rushed to do either the valet or move along. We were also told by the valet that the public parking lot was full... it wasn't.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great place to hold a small conference. The room was clean and comfortable. Great downtown location. I really enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

There were only two dresser drawers for my clothes. I'm glad there was a refrigerator in the room. However, I wish there was a microwave. No major issues

The hotel was nice, what I expected from a standard Marriott...and the room was relatively clean as far as housekeeping standards with friendly staff

The room smelled damp and moldy...the drain in the tub was slow...and what I can only assume was mold, from the dampness triggered a bad allergic reaction and sneezing fit...it is time to revamp the older rooms
