Delta Hotels Richmond Downtown

Very clean the lobby sparkled.

The only thing I feel like the hotel needed. It was a small coffee bar next to the counter on the left with creamer, coffee and creamer daily until like 11 would?ve been the best.

The bedding was filthy and had to have the sheets changed prior to using the bed. Once the blankets were pulled back the sheets were stained.

For the price of the hotel the parking should have been free. The breakfast wasn't free either. Was well surprised. Got a workout from the 15th floor. Fire alarm went off.

Perfect location right downtown (for where I wanted to be.) On-site/Self parking. Fitness Center was clean and had towels/water.

Location near canal, parks

One window curtain was only partially attached. We could not fully block out city lights at night to get the room dark. Had hard time getting to sleep because of the lights streaming into the room.

Yes says there is a pool which it was closed and your website didn¿t tell me and the toilet was coming off of the floor and it just wasn¿t the best and kitchen is the restaurant gave us burnt food:( but they did fix there mistake!

The desk lady was real nice and professional

All night we kept hearing noises like huge drops of water leaking onto the ceiling. This made it impossible to sleep.

It was very clean and had ammenities I wanted; pool, hottub, gym, parking (parking is paid, not free).

Location was a little further away from where I wanted to be, but for the price and amenities it was worth it.

Room was clean, checkin was easy, and the setup for getting in and out of the garage was great.

The pillows were terrible. Also, while not the hotel's fault (and they did deal with it promptly), the people in the room next to us were up late playing loud music that came right through our wall.

The hotel room was well appointed and the bed incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean. Felt very safe.

There were a lot of people maskless in the lobby - appeared to be some kind of convention. Staff were all wonderful at following COVID protocol but maybe some guests were less observant.

Heat didn't work and rooms and hot water in shower didn't work

The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable! Lovely shower too! The breakfast was delicious. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Delta Hotels Downtown Richmond is beautifully designed, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. No wonder so many weddings and other functions are held there.

Although my stay last year was superb, this year I did encounter a problem; however, an employee made that problem go away, and in a very diplomatic manner. She made the difference for me, and I will choose The Delta again next year.

I lived in Richmond for two decades but had never been to this hotel. It's super nice. Very clean; upscale. Rooms were very nice with great views of the city. My favorite was the bathroom and shower. Pool and hot tub are also top notch. Great location!

Everything was perfect. I'd stay here again, no question. It was higher-class than most other hotels I've stayed in before.

Clean, nice! Several staff members- exceptional. Others not. Valets let you park your car-even suggested it. We didn't mind, but, it was unusual to be asked if you wanted to park your own car. Good coffee-nice greeters at desk.

Shuttle limit was 2 miles. Carey Town-a big tourist area-was 2.6 miles. Dropped .6 miles away in sketchy area. Great shuttle driver-just following rules. Silly rules when this place is a big attraction.

Pool was great. Walking distance to restaurants.

Room was dusty. Outside of windows where so dirty the 12th floor wasn't worth the view. Staff wasn't great.

The beds are AMAZING!!

Difficult to park and construction closures were a slight nuisance.
