Location. Friendly desk clerk and his wife and daughters. The room was clean.

Linens for bedding and bathroom were dingey. Cigarett burns in the bed blanket. The bathtub was very stained. The walls in bathroom need work and updated.

Parking was available

Tub was black nothing compared to the pictures online. security lock was broken

listing said breakfast was part of the deal, none was provided bath towels were rough as 40 grit sandpaper

Room had 2 queen beds

I had filtered my choices to include free breakfast but found out they did not offer free breakfast when we got there. Check-in is not inside - it's a window open to all weather.

It was a hole in the bathroom bottom wall, outlet had a crack, had to tell them to come to clean Murrow, refrigerator was licking. I should receive a full refund. I ask if I could get another room they said that they were brooked.

Everything was aweful from the start had tp talk through a teller window it took 15 minutes just to check in because their computer was slow ,we prepaid online,hot to the room and the room reeked of urine,they wouldn't let us change rooms from a smoking

Maintenance poor. No breakfast, no coffee. Says it because of Covid. I don¿t believe that. All contact with office through a window. Internet not working. Had to ask proprieter for his personal account to get connected.

we were able to find the location easily. And access was easy to the rooms.

the rooms was very dirty and smelled of smoke. The air conditioner was very dirty and sending dirt particles into the air in the room. I requested two more towels for 4 people where there were only two offered. Also advertised breakfast it was denied.

It was near the highway.

No morning breakfast as advertised, all appliances were dated and shabby, the bathroom shower was dirty, the towels had not been bleached in a long time. The manager was not very helpful when asked about a place to eat at a late hour. Not a place to stay.

The young lady at front desk was very disrespectful,she also seemed to not understand English..I kept repeating myself

A lot the bed was broken and there was mold in the shower the AC was filthy and barely worked. The outlets were so loose everything kept coming unplugged. There was a massive blue stain in the fridge and cable box barely worked.

The hotel is in a good location and is clean with a nice staff.

The Hotel was in shambles. There were bullet holes in the walls. The bedding had burn holes in them. The furniture inside the room was broken and falling apart. The door wouldn¿t close all the way.

There is nothing I liked about this hotel other than location.

Worst customer service manager was very arrogant, made 2 complaints, door lock was not working, had to leave it unlocked when I went out, water was not draining in bathtub. No one turned up to look into these issues. No hot water in shower. Total Garbage!

Always glad to stay here . Clean and comfortable. Great General Manager, very accomodating.

Nothing. No other accommodations were offered due to uncleanliness of Room 206 even after talking to clerk.

Room 206 was not clean. Mold/mildew around base of toilet/shower area. Room was dimly lit, dust/oily residue covered furniture, black dust/mold on heater fins, stained chair/hassock, mattress pad stained/bugs/crumbs. Could not stay in those conditions.

The hotel was convenient to I 95.

Hotel was not properly cleaned. Thank God the sheets were clean and smelled clean. Blanket was stained\had a hole in it. Floors were dirty, shower curtain had mildew, surfaces were not clean. Generator was running across the street and traffic was loud.
