Paying $10 parking on an open lot. $100 “incidentals” deposit has not been refunded.

Rooms

The staff said they was accommodating me with another room but they didn't book anything under my name my brother booked two rooms on his card and paid for it so how was they accommodating me

Dirty and needs to be redone. Minimal supplies. Ran out of toilet paper. Desk chair ripped needed to use a towel over it to sit on it

Staff was informative, helpful and super friendly

AC in room did not work wo

Front Dess staff, and the ones that ran. The breakfast were extremely pleasant and professional. I had to get a late check out because I had a flat tire and I had to get it fixed. They were very accommodating.

The manager found a solution to our nights stay and made everything better

The pool was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Nothing it was great

no shower curtain, hotel overall looking worn, no sanitizing wipes in dispensers over 24 hour stay, general cleanliness lacking.

The staff was friendly at check in. It was quiet except for traffic noises.

Breakfast options were pretty limited. Our room was so close to the highway you could hear every car. Many Hamptons have at least a small couch. This was a bed and desk and the rooms looked worn and dated. It certainly didn't match the star level.

There was blood spots on the bathroom wall. The cleanliness was not good at all. When we got there after an 8 hour drive, exhausted and just wanting to have some coffee¿ the coffee was cold. There was garbage piled up in the garbage can and overflowing.

Location

We had to change rooms due to uncleanliness and ants. The key card to the new room kept locking us out. Breakfast was not served during the time they said it would be. Parking was difficult.

Extremely clean and sanitized.

I had a really important meeting. The wifi Sucks. I ended up having to cancel my IMPORTANT meeting. When I looked for the phone to call the front desk there was no phone in my room. And to top it all off The toilet didn¿t flush.

Did not receive room selected , outside doors didn’t work so I had to walk in the snow

The room smelled of smoke and I tried to call the main office to change rooms and they never answered at the desk. We were only given one hand towel. I understand with covid you can’t have a buffet but what they gave you to eat wasn’t much.

Low price and location.

They didn't provide a hot breakfast like other locations.

Clean

Check in process was really rough - apparently they overbooked and they had issues getting rooms for us.

For not going out the way to find it, the best part of whole experiance was location, right next to the highway. No time to lose to get there.

For Hampton inn it is the oldest that I ever stay in... it is showing its age needs an upgrade!

The only thing that was good was booking online and the availability. Only Housekeeping and maintenance was nice

When I booked online and come to check in my room isn't available after I just called and asked or when I'm already checked and want to stay over but the room im in isn't available.Pool needs to cut back on the chlorine, burns eyes when outside the pool

Spacious. Offered a free breakfast until 10am.

Close to highway.
