There was nothing to like in regarding to this motel, not even the staff

I have one dirty towel thank God I had enough sense to bring my own clean towels no trash cans no refrigerator no mic wave and the hotel manager burst into my room. Hit me with the door and a lot more

Yes I've been giving a room with key not working staff let me in with office key T.V. was not in working condition

This place was the worst. A hole in the wall in the bathroom. Bathroom door off the hinges. They offered to change the room, i declined because i got there so late i was tired. Then when i checked out they kept my security deposit saying i done the damage

It was ot clean, gross bathroom, damage, everything dirty or bugs.

I did not end up staying at this hotel. When I enetered the room it smelled of cigerrate smoke and there was water on the ground. The furniture was torn up, there were cigarette burns all over the end table. I immediately left and found another hotel

Bathroom door had no latch Hole punched in bathroom door, painted yet not fixed. Seriously, a hole. Gfci outlet painted over and missing outlet cover next to sink Lock on room door non functioning, had to be let in by staff and had to be let back in.

Nastiness in Va

It was dirty- roaches- mildew- dirty sheets- broken lock- no phone- no tv- refrigerator was broke. Just horrible

No breakfast, location near busy highway

This was the worse place i ever stayed, bathroom ceiling paint was chipping and falling on the floor. Commode seat was to big for toilet, electrical socket were broken, cigarettes burns in bed cover! I told the owner/manager that they need to shut the hotel down! I am also going to report them to someone in VA. It was terrible! I do have pictures, but not sure how to send to yall

Absolutely the worst service ever. There were poop stains on the sheets when I tried to cancel they locked me out of my room and only refunded 3 of the 4 nights.

Was able to book last minute. AC worked well.

No lamp, no trash can, toilet ran entire time and dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed.

Privacy, amenities, and very good value.

Staff was passive aggressive, lots of bugs, and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night on some nights. It can take a while for them to shut it off, and there are no refunds.

Hotel was close to the wedding I was attending. Check out was easy.

Sent me to a room that wasn’t ready - door was open, trash still there, sheets undone. Put us in a different room. The sheets and towels had stains on them.

Additionally, I waited 30 minutes for the office manager to get off her phone as she was conducting a personal conversation before she would help me. When she finally started tge check in, she acting like they could not find my reservation because they didn't want to honor the price then because the price was so low online they charged me a $25 deposit. The towels in the room were dirty the Bed had stains on it and was dirty

Everything!! Spent 70$ didn't stay longer than one hour. Tried to get her to fix the lock or move me and she told me to rebook knowing it would charge me again if I don't get my money back from booking.com I'm going to start a class action civil suit.

Walked in and the room was okay, nothing fancy when staying in a motel. However, walked in the bathroom to the bathtub full of milky water… Told the front desk that it was stopped up, even took a picture of it to prove it, and was told that it would be fixed the same day while I was out. Came back and it wasn’t. Luckily, I could wash my hair in the sink, which wasn’t a big deal. Just wish that management would take better care of their rooms.

It wasn’t clean at all! I had to deep clean it myself upon arrival! While cleaning the tub, I learned that the tub didn’t drain! I had worked all day and had to thoroughly clean the room and spray for bugs. And couldn’t even shower after! Didn’t move me and my kids til next day after 12pm. Moved to a room where the shower just spit on you! A family stomped in the above room all night ! I called the front desk to ask if he could call the room and he wouldn’t. No microwave and the took my plug ins from first room and wouldn’t give them back ! I wouldn’t get this mess for a homeless person!! Or even a pig!!

I liked absolutely NOTHING about this place

The fact that the first room they gave me had feces on the toilet seat, the sink was black with dirt and hair, the floor had missing pieces, the second room had holes in the wall everywhere, ashes with a black dirt ring inside the toilet and roaches, the 3rd room that was given to me had NO working ac and it was hot and muggy the entire time with a small twin size bed(which I ordered and paid for a king size room) the front desk had no tissue, wash cloths or towels to give, and i had to wait until 7 am to change rooms to a WORKING ac.. The owner did not want to comp me for another day they are just unclean and terrible and have the AUDACITY to be charging 50 deposit for "damage" when every room looks like it had a murder occur in it and it's freaking FILTHY.. Like WTF
