    Cons -

The location for this hotel is excellent.

The staff was horrible. They did not provide washcloths or towels the entire trip and asking for one was like pulling teeth. The shower had black mold in it from housekeeping, not cleaning properly. The breakfast area was not stocked at all from 845 on

Under renovation. I worked all day on a construction site and then went to another construction site for my hotel. Not worth what I paid for the room.

    The view from the room

Hotel was being remodeled which we didn?t know. Desk staff was not friendly. Spending that amount and being at a Marriot I would have expected more. At check out again not met with friendly staff. Elevator was scary.

There was ants and hair on the bathroom floor. It was reported but nobody came to fix the issue. I asked for a room change after giving time for them to fix the issues. I was moved. In the second room a couple lights were not working. I was late for event

Stunk! The water in the hotel had such a terrible smell. From the swimming pool to the shower, it all made the entire place stink. Everything had to be washed when we got home---even coats. The smell just seeped into everything.

Location, breakfast buffet, friendliness of staff, clean hotel.

    No complaints

Weird ¿go back in time¿ charm. reminded me of Havana, Cuba or Dakar, Senegal. That raw retro luxury. I¿m referring to the public spaces: Entrance, main lobby, bar/restaurant , outdoor area. Didn¿t get to see the pool though. I enjoyed it.

Nothing really worth mentioning. The moldy smell but I know a lotta times there¿s not much you can do with older historic structures if you wanna keep the original feel/look.

    The staff!

The walk to the front desk and to the elevators and lack of handicapped Accessibility

    3MistyPosted on: 9-27-2022

Close to the ferry , beautiful location!

My 1st stay was AMAZING , this time I brought family and our stay was terrible! Front desk staff was ALL rude , rooms was not ready until after 5 , no one apologized for our inconvenience. Just overall bad .

the view and the courteous staff

their was no microwave in the rooms and the Iron not working as well,no free breakfast

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-22-2022

Quality and cleanliness. Location was a bonus.

The only downfall to Mention was they had only one main entrance and no entry to hotel from parking deck. It was kind of and inconvenience but overall I would stay again without question.

    6CarlPosted on: 3-1-2022

Bed was super comfy and the view did not disappoint.

Changes rooms because our first room smelled like smoke and floors weren¿t clean. 2nd room, still unswept floors, no smoke smell

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-24-2022

    Location, Room Decor, Cleanliness

Breakfast Buffet appeared to be understaffed and disorganized when it's a reocurring buffet it should be seamless, coffee urn empty two out of three days, cream low, trash over-flowing, bread on buffet empty eggs runny waited about 15 minutes for check.
