The hotel picture online looks nothing like the actual place it was discussing and foul there where stains and all over the beds and walls and it was awful service I ended up getting a refund and going somewhere else then they charged my account again

Dirty roaches holes in the wall no lock on door

We were kicked out on the second day for having a service dog with us(that we told them about upon checking)

Location but road work was going on

Holes in the wall, sink leaked on floor, no hot water, no plate in microwave, no clean towels and no ice machines or vending machines and drug addicts hung around asking for money

They kept giving me problems about my emotional support animal they tried to turn me away because of her but it's against the law to turn someone away because they have a service animal. Then when I checked out he said he had to keep my 50 dollar deposit

Yea I stayed 3 nights and they never changed my sheets and when I asked for it to be changed nobody came and did it at all

The amenities listed were not included. No refrigerator microwave. Pool wasn't open. Shower didn't work. No vending machines anywhere

Staff did have key to there own rooms tried 6 different doors before a key worked. Floors dirty. One pillow on bed

The night worker was so rude and disrespectful and ignorant.. She has a bad attitude and she did not accommodate us like the manager told her to & tried to make us pay for an extra room that we already had reservations for

Nothing only gave 1 star because I had to in order to submit the survey.

There were multiple people standing on the stairs in the parking lot and up by the front office station. Very questionable looking. There was one person who kept following bud around the parking lot. Hotel office ran out of keys. We left immediately.

Yes. While this was described nicely, the hotel was NOTHING like it was pictured. There were roaches in our room, the bathroom faucet was missing the handle, it was filthy, curtains had holes, just to name a few... VERY dissatisfied!!!

Room was dirty. Other customers were arguing and fighting in parking lot. Police had to come.

Very, very dirty and the room smelled like an ashtray in an outhouse. It was also the same price I would pay for a much better hotel but the reservation was non refundable.

Front desk staff was polite, helpful and friendly.

House keeper was rude, shouted at me upon normal checkout time (I had a 1 hour checkout time extension from front desk) not believing me about the new checkout time. I had to shut the door on her face to avoid being assaulted. External area was filthy!

It was poor advertising it was nowhere like the pictures

It was like me and my wife was sleeping inside and abandoned house we left and found somewhere else to stay

Couldn't understand the clerk! He didn't honor our reservation! One key didn't work! Rooms were disgusting! Landscape was embarrassing! Refused to refund, so we booked another place & ate the loss! I wouldn't let my worst enemies stay there!!!

I was so scared when I opened the door. What a dump I would not recommend this place to no one. I don't even want my dog to stay there. My goodness I have pictures to prove my reviews. Please people run, run, spend the extra money. Or just sleep in

I did not like the place. I did not even opened the refrigerator cause I don't know what would jump out.please send your people out to review this place in person

First off I was over charged for the hotel, meaning they removed more funds from my credit card then stated. The room was filthy including what looked like a spot of blood on the wall. The room smelled. Our key cards for our room stopped working twice!

The pool was filled but not open due to non inspection it was not allowed for use. It was the 3rd wknd in June, not acceptable. No ice in machine the first day of check-in.

Nothing stayed in hotels with the same star level and was better than this

Very run down broken down car in raking lot. Ciggerette butts all over stair well People hanging out on stairs. Some guy riding motorcycle all over parking lot. Just a run down shady looking place. Mold around bathtub, bottom of toilet bowl all dirty.
