Quality Inn & Suites

Took 24 hours to get room temperature to 75 degrees, toilet did not flush upon first use and were told there was no plunger available, No drawers for clothing, bottom legs of bed frame are a tripping hazard as both myself and wife tripped, carpets dirty.

They lied about the pool, the TV was small and wasn’t working, there wasn’t no dressers to put your clothes in. And if we didn’t bring our own soap, we had to use a soap dispenser that’s inside of the shower.

For the price this is a great hotel. I was surprised when some woman, who turns out works at a more expensive hotel in Chincotegue made a comment about how bad the hotel is. I think it was snobbery...for the price i am happy every time

sometimes it would be nice if the staff actually staffed the lobby when they say they are. Last few times the woman is not staffing it, maybe because she has a brood of kids to deal with.

I liked check in, hotel employee was just great, handling many folks at once at midnight.

I got an 11 am check out and the knock on the door at 10:59 said ok, she'll wait until I zip up bags, then when leaving I got another call at 1104, saying they were going to charge me $$20 dollars but i was out just then! I left then. Hopeful no charge.

No coffeemaker, desk closed too early, room was damp always. TV very small.

there was hair all over the bathroom,the shower curtain was dirty,there was garbage on the floor,the rug was wet,and the room ac was running on high and the room was very damp

The staff were very friendly and concerned about our plans to visit the nearby rocket launch site.

The bathroom floor appeared clean but the cleaning product left the floor slippery.

The staff at the front desk on the night I checked in was the best thing about this hotel. Nice lady

Pool wasn't open, even though it's advertised as if it's open. The rooms are not clean and the smoking rooms have not been remodeled, and are the worst & horrible. The nonsmoking rooms are just a tad bit better , but still could use alot of work.

Large room with AC.

Mold. Chair had mold growing on it and some mold elsewhere probably because the AC made the room damp.

Did not receive the room I booked and paid higher rate for. Staff was unfriendly and cold.

I loved everything about this hotel and my stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful and welcoming. Bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean and the area was nice.

First of all it¿s no longer the Roadway Inn and we couldn¿t find it and we were confused. This place is disgusting. I wouldn¿t stay here if it was free. You should remove this from your inventory.

Cleanliness of the room and the friendly service

There was a check out time change that was not told to me at check in. And I was notified at the new check out time the day it changed and at that precise time.

I almost felt in the bathtub. There was cockroaches inside the room. It was hard to sleep at first because of the cockroaches. The bed I was sleeping in , there was bugs.

Nothing, rooms where dirty, people knocking at my door a 1:30 in the morning???

Dirty, mold in the bathroom. Crazy people there!

Roaches, underwear hanging on bathroom door, inside door lock cover missing, refrigerator was dirty looked like something had froze and busted in freezer section, bed uncomfortable

It had a nice lobby.

My room was not properly cleaned. There were old towels and a tea bottle still in the room. The TV remote did not work.

The location and the size of the room

Tub had no slip resistance, almost fell and twisted my back. It was like a party place and very dirty around the outside.
