The rooms was recently renovated. It was clean and streamlined. I liked that it had laminate flooring throughout. The bed was very comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated. It was easy to access off I-81. A Chick Fil A is being built next door.

Absolutely horrible experience! The room was absolutely filthy, stained and run down! The staff was rude. We had reservations for two rooms and they put us on separate floors (our friend is deafÂ¿absolutely unacceptable!). Worst hotel experience!

Location is perfect. Close to safari drive thru park and natural bridge. It's close to town and many restaurants. We ate dinner at Don Tequila (Mexican) and it was delicious! Drinks were awesome too.

We were desperate for a room due to power outages from the storm. They had one and the desk clerk rearranged some bookings do we could be on the first floor. My husbands blood sugar dropped early in the morning, the night desk clerk was very helpful
