- Location is great.
- The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made our stay very nice. They kept the rooms and common areas very clean.
- Access to great food and central location.
Cons -
- Hotel dated but convenient for downtown Lynchburg. Had an issue with the tub draining slowly. Let the front desk know on the 1st and 2nd morning of a 3 night stay. Maintenance never came. Staff friendly, but few people in hotel. Won¿t return.
- Absolutely horrible experience! The room was absolutely filthy, stained and run down! The staff was rude. We had reservations for two rooms and they put us on separate floors (our friend is deaf¿absolutely unacceptable!). Worst hotel experience!
- Not as modern as expected. Dated interior and rooms.
