- Friendliness of the staff and the room was great
- Customer service was friendly and very approachable!
- Breakfast.
Cons -
- Cover on bed was dirty, top latch on door was missing. When I went to complain about the safety of the hotel I was only told that they don't the key to enter the room. I would not recommend for safety concerns especially if you are a woman.
- The man in 230 was very rude, he kept me awake until almost 2 am, he was talking loudly outside my door and kept closing doors like he was upsey with me.
- Cleanliness of the room was poor- hairs on the bathroom floor and tub.
