- The location
- Location and friendly staff
- We were desperate for a room due to power outages from the storm. They had one and the desk clerk rearranged some bookings do we could be on the first floor. My husbands blood sugar dropped early in the morning, the night desk clerk was very helpful
Cons -
- Was not clean. Elevator did not work. Holes in floor. The smell of weed in stairs well and rooms. Did not eat breakfast there due to all the filth.
- Bath fan didn't work and door handle kept falling off. Saw a few bugs. Told staff. Nothing was done about my complaints
- I spent most of my time killing cockroaches all over the bathroom and on the room walls. The overall room was a dump but it was warm
