Quality Inn Luray

Cozy and property is up kept especially for the amount of customers which seems they fill the place.

The air conditioning unit needs some up keep. Musty smell from dirty coils

Room smell like old smoke/ The chair back was broken

cigarette butt and raisin left on the carpeting, plus lots of plaster chipped off walls (and some of it left ont he carpeting)

the room was clean and had been updated. The location was excellent only 5 minutes from Luray Caverns. The price was very reasonable.

The room was so disgustingly dirty. It had not been vacuumed or dusted in quite some time, MANY months! There was food & hair all over the floor, hair and food remnants in frig, 1/8 inch dust on headboards, tables, cabinets. Would NEVER stay there again.

The staff was polite. The location of the hotel was within walking distance from the town of Luray, which was great.

The room and pool could have been cleaner.

Pool was broken! A lot of money for a broken pool! Wouldn¿t have booked if we knew!

This hotel was just three to four minutes from the Luray Caverns where my family was visiting which was perfect. The hotel also has a breakfast restaurant that we¿re able to go to before heading to the caverns. It was good for a one night stay . Friendl

Great location and friendly front desk. It's not fancy and is a bit on the older side in style but the beds are comfortable and the towels are clean.

The 2 duvets were dirty and had spots. We spoke to the front desk and she could not change them for us. Very disappointed!

We needed a place to stay for the night and the distance to the airport was good.

The hotel was old and had clearly not been updated in a while. It had an old smoke smell to it, they had a stand up shower instead of a bathtub, the room felt damp and the pool was dirty.

Betsy & Rod were the attendants during my stay. They were so friendly and helpful to all that entered the Quality Inn. Rooms were clean, fresh bedding, ample towels....Free Coffee by the reservation desk. Overall, I would stay there again.

I noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling, that is my only complaint.

Nothing. Could not get out fast enough.

Smelled of smoke (was non-smoking) and had a musty smell. The bathroom was full of flies. AC unit did not cool room enough and was noisy. Bathroom was dirty (hair on shower walls, dead bugs on the floor).

Dirty, dark, reeked of smoke, flies in the room.

Clean and close to Luray Caverns.

Construction workers starting their work vehicles and letting them idle for 15 minutes while they slammed doors and tailgates at 6 am.

Comfy beds and pillows.

Checked in at 10pm or so, toilet was clogged and wouldn't drain. Was no free hot or continental breakfast.
