Pros +

• Outstanding customer service! They were doing renovations while we were there so only half the rooms were available. The gentleman working the front desk was great. The system didn't work right while doing our room keys and he fixed it right away.
• Location and how clean it was
• The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were also professional and courteous. We found the hotel was well kept and clean. There weren't any maintenance issues or problems.

Cons -

• Beds weren't the most comfortable but overall the room was great.
• Computer problems at check out. Frustrated desk clerk.
• Honestly, the breakfast was awful, but the location was close enough to IHOP to get something edible.
