CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This hotel is in a great location.
The things they had in place for their residents.

Cons -

1) Room was NOT ready at check-in time; 2) Promised $40 discount to room cost was NEVER credited to the room cost; 3) Evening foods were NOT as indicated.
The pool was cold and then we found out they were waiting on a part to heat the pool.
A small thing...there should be carts on each hall.for room service dishes. The hotel is too nice to have guests walking past dirty dishes on the floor in the hallway.
