Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Modern. Location. Noon check out.

Big issue without signs of where lobby is and where hotel parking is. No local phone #. I couldn't reach any local person while I was sitting in front of hotel at midnight. I also wanted late check out. NO local hotel phone # on hotel phone!

Kind of broken down. Lobby A/C not good. Pool table beat up. Room was a bit in need of upgrade.Faucet was broken. Safe didn't work.

Coffee machine was not cleaned and not free coffee 24 hours.

The Dog Park & that there was no extra fee for our (my) service dog :)))))) Bed was Very Comfortable & the Shower was 'a Blast of Invigoration !!':)))))

No Free breakfast and the need to take two elevators from parking area to room

The hotel is starting to age and it needs a few tweeks....new carpets, refurbished elevators (very slow) and NO DIRECT TV= 2 rainstorms and 2 outages.

We had a friends in 3 different rooms and none of the rooms were cleaned on Saturday. If there was a 'temporary' problem, we should have been notified and we couldve got our own towels and not forced to stay away from OUR ROOMS for hours-hoping 4 cleanin

Proximity to city.

Pool was under construction and no one notified us before booking. Children very disappointed. They also decided to mop the floor of the lobby right at checkout so out entire family was literally slipping out the door. Bed sheets had blood stains.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable.

The smallest complaint, but I did not love the shower not having anywhere to put a razor or personal items.

The walls are absolutely too thin. The people in the room next-door were talking in normal voice levels, and I can hear them clearly.

I love the entrance to the bathroom and also the big windows. The location is right in the middle of everything.

Front desk associates were on their personal cell phones when arrived, I had to ask for help before they looked up. After that initial disappointment the interaction was friendly and professional.

Location and unique room layout.

We stayed in a room at the very end of the hall and the hallway was reallllllly long. Not much you can do about the layout of a hotel but the walk takes forever when you¿re drunk lol. Also, the elevators smelled like old cooking grease.

Staff at the front desk are VERY helpful and the food area and public areas are great. Our room was fully stocked and generally clean. The beds and pillows were comfy.

Well, we have stayed at this hotel several times over the years since it was opened - before, during and after Covid. Just gonna say that this hotel is showing its age and is in urgent need of a DEEP ClLEANING of the hallways and rooms. NOW.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean and in a great location.

Pool was closed due to renovation.
