Hampton Inn Covington

Staff was friendly. It was reasonably close to where I wanted to be, and price was right entire the level of service I received.

Downtown Covington was lovely. But this location, just off the highway, wasn’t great

Stayed with a group we were quietly chatting in the lobby when the night manager kicked us out saying that they close the lobby and patio at 10. The rude night manager then told us to hang out in our cars. Never have I been told this at a hotel I paid for

the rooms were really spaces and clean

The continental breakfast was a little to be desired. the eggs could have been scrambled more than just one day.

Quiet. Comfortable. Clean. It was great!

For the room to be handicapped accessible, the bathroom was too small, there were ants in the shower and the room, the beds were not locked down, they moved every time we would set on the bed, there was only 1 phone in the room, no fan in bathroom.

The staff were friendly. The room and the breakfast area were very clean. We took walks around the neighborhood for exercise and felt safe. The breakfast was up to the standards of other Hampton Inns. My compliments to all. 

The pool was not open until 9:00 am. Otherwise I would have appreciated using it for morning exercise, to ease the stiffness from a long road trip.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and we felt safe and comfortable.

Instead of saying "We have breakfast in the morning in the area in front of Starbucks" you need to be more clear. "You can purchase breakfast from Starbucks in the morning" is more accurate.

Rooms are clean and adequately furnished. Overall the hotel is comfortable and relatively quiet.

It was an okay experience.

Hard beds,lack of food options, the hotel is the only decent place to stay in Covington so it is over priced. Not bad per se. Just overpriced. I would have used Airbnb like I have done before but it was a last minute trip. The property meets expectations, but that's really not saying alot. Just a standard hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the place very clean, breakfast excellent.

The only drawback was the noise from the highway --not in the room, but if you were to sit in the outside terrace. Also, the inability to open the windows shade made for a darker than usual room.

Easy access from 64. Well lit parking area, friendly staff.

Our room could have been cleaner--drink rings on the tables. Not a deal breaker, but made me think: sheets/towel/bathroom were squeaky clean, other surfaces not thoroughly wiped down. Lots of humidity in the room.

Proximity to Intetstate

There was a problem with the air conditioning in the Lobby/ first floor/eating area. It was hot and humid the entire stay with fans running 24/7.
