Mountain view, pool looked clean but never got to use it

Poorly operated, horrible customer service, we (4) didnt get breakfast cuz they ran out, was double charged, given an unclean room and zero compensation for the trouble!

Hotel was not as described. There was no breakfast and the on-site restaurant was closed and had been for a long time according to staff. The room was outdated and the bathroom was dirty the toilet ran all night should be listed as a 1 star hote

Little run down. A lot of updates are needed. Room not ready at check in due to staffing issues. Locals hang out for bar and kitchen services. Best part of accommodation.

Everything! We had to sleep with the lights on. We were afraid rodents and bugs would come out of the floor and walls where we found holes. Did not take a bath because the bathtub was unfit to sit in. Talking outside our room after 12:00.

LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT

There were not enough staff working the breakfast. One person cannot do everything. The furniture was dirty and in poor condition. Bathtub plug did not work. Drapery stained.

Called and needed a charge card to keep room- paid twice for the same room. Disputing charge today..

Toilet ran all night. Bathroom door was falling off the hinges.

There was no landline phone, alarm clock, or hair dryer. I advised staff and they said could get us a phone on Thanksgiving day. We really did not need phone or clock but they were supposed to be there in case.

Close to relatives we were visiting. The staff that we met were very nice.

They had a water pipe burst and failed to inform us when we signed in so the water was off most of the time and was a big inconvenience to us.

Do not stay here.. Bar open till 2am. And it's loud music. Had carry our stuff up steps cause elevator was not coming we pushed button. Got to next floor there it is door stuck open with a sign saying hold door button for it to work? Really? Get it FIXED!

Not enough pool chairs and lounges, towels are very scratchy, the food is mediocre at best.

Old, mold in tub, corroded tub fixtures, room smelled mildewed.

The breakfast buffet was good and they will also prepare something for you if you like. I also like that they use shampoo dispensers in the shower to reduce waste from plastic shampoo/conditioner bottles.

The pool. Wasn't thought coffee in the room. Also the price for children at the buffet was too much because they typically don't eat much.

The pool was so nice and relaxing.

They charge me twice for the room and did not follow up when I called them

Location is right off the interstate.

The bedding was too small for the bed..The bed was a king but the top sheet and blanket was a full size, the sheets had dirty dust marks as did the pillows. The lamps were rusted and corroded. Our room was not cleaned until after 4pm the next day, and even then I had to call and ask for it to be cleaned. They were cleaning rooms even at 730.pm that evening.The stairs were metal and had rust and peeling paint and the walkway looked as if it hadn't been swept in a long time.We tried to find the ice machine and discovered it is tucked away in the laundry.For the amount of money we paid for the stay, I would have expected much better!
