Bed was comfortable.

Floor in room was filthy. Bathroom door had no stop and it had poked a hole in wall. TV was minute compared to other hotels in this price range.

Location was OK, we got there early enough in the day so that we could actually park in the parking lot and we didn’t have to park in the overflow lot where everyone else had to park if they got there later.

Absolutely sketchy. Room is tiny, shelves broken off and not replaced, plaster repairs unpainted, very dirty. Staff wore old dirty clothes. No vending, just ice in a dirty, unused room, laundry in a dirty unused room w/beer cans in window. Never again!

Bed was horrible, slept maybe 2 hours total all night. Also I felt like I had to ask for information, like check out time. They didn't even tell us when breakfast was, so it made us not want to have it there.

The gentleman at front desk was very nice, and helpful.

It has been updated some, but plumbing fixtures could be updated

The people on the front desk nice he make me feel like Im a home ask for first floor room and he did found me one I will stay there again

The distance it was from Walmart and the water pressure.

Hmm. It literally felt like a scene from a horror movie. The light in the bathroom flickered. Mirror was missing from over the sink. Floors have not been swept or mopped in a long time, nor has the bathroom been cleaned. Oh, did I mention the bed bugs?

The room was average at best. Nothing fancy, but it was decent & decorated cute. It was a little small for 2 beds & price was a little high for the room in my opinion.

I did not like how far away it was from my destination. I also had a hard time getting ahold of staff using the phone # listed on the website. I tried several times & it never rang, just made a beep noise similar to a fax machine line. The # needs updated

hairs in the bed. breakfast was not ready, as a matter of fact, the lobby was locked until we had to leave at 6:20am. I was told breakfast was to be served at 6am. We had to go buy breakfast elsewhere.

The friendliness of the staff and being able to get a decent room after traveling from the hospital in Virginia. The staff was so helpful. It was just like being at home.

The room was on the second floor and it was kind of small. There also wasn't any trash cans in the room and we had to ask for trash bags. Other than that it was great.

The single exasperated/frazzled employee was very nice. The fridge in the room actually worked.

The bathroom was dirty (not fully cleaned), the wifi didn¿t work at all, parking was quite limited, the bed was old and uncomfortable. The one employee working was away from the front desk for ~10 minutes when we arrived. A/C didn¿t work at all.

Rooms are dirty. Rooms are in disrepair, sheet rock has been poorly repaired or not repaired at all, flooring transitions are missing leaving raw edges. There seems to be a number of people living at the motel, and they have total access to the kitchen

Loud people yelling and screaming in parking lot late at night and early next morning.

The location was convenient.

It was dumpy, and the rooms were exposed to the parking lot so when the diesel trucks started at 5 am it was quite loud.

Price

The card didn't work. The towels and walls were dirty, the toilet had poop on it, the head board had rips on it, the lock on door Had exposed wires.

Overflowing garbage outside, dog poop left in parking lot, no amenities for pets and so much poop in tiny patch of dead grass that my puppy wouldn't go near, employees smoking right outside our doors. Appeared that employees lived in rooms.....

Once the attendant arrived, the check in process was quick. Attendant was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The lobby was closed. Had to ring bell for the attendant. Room was not clean, smelled like cigarettes, the heat/air conditioning unit did not work, the toilet was unstable. The coffee maker had a burnt stick in it. No breakfast, as advertised.
