- The staff was attentive, kind, professional and customer centered.
- Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
- It was close to everything.
Cons -
- The room had a leaky faucet but the room was very clean.
- Carpet had a square cut out of it. Wood trim missing. Bad Sheetrock patches. Not very sound proof. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Cheap shower head. Cheap towels. Wallpaper peeling off. Outdated. Small cheap tv. Basically it¿s a cleaner super 8.
- At the coffee bar there were only French vanilla pods for creamer - no plain. A carafe of half and half would be the best. I did see the bottles of coffee mate creamer but those were sweetened. Love the Hyatt though. Will stay again
