Pros +
- absolutely nothing - supposed to have a restaurant by it and it has been closed for years.
- It was available
- Clean, Quiet, Well Maintained for an older building. Nice size fridge.- not a micro, mini fridge. Shower head was high for taller people. Waffle iron was a hit.
Cons -
- Dirty and smelled HORRIBLE ! AC was off when entering the room, very hot! Reported the horrible smell; staff came in and sprayed the carpet with me in it with a wet foam on the entire rug -- hard to sleep and breathe- checked out early to stay elsewhere.
- The lack of communication and the refund process. It seemed like the staff didn't know any information. I had to call four times until the manager finally released my deposit.
- Pool was closed. Didn't ask why or call ahead. Probly not worth opening for 20 people.
