Dirty, bug infestation, non-working toilet

Bed was extremely comfortable and possibly the best water pressure in a shower that I've ever experienced in a hotel, and we travel a lot.

Bathroom walls had plaster repairs, but not painted. Gives you a feeling that they don't care, but that's probably not the case.

Location

Lack of a real coffee maker, had to go buy one to make coffee in room. Beds were not large enough and were uncomfortable for two.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant

There was mold in our room ,lampshade was covered ,brought to desk ,all they did was give us new shade

It was clean and affordable, the staff was nice.

The rooms were old and dark. The biggest problem was the air did not work properly, when I informed the staff at checkout it seems that they were well aware of the problem and still gave us the room.

Location was ok (not many options in area). Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff was great.

Arrived at 4pm (check in was 3pm) 1 of 2 rooms were ready, other was supposed to be ready in 6 minutes. 35 minutes later it was done. Overall rooms were outdated and dirty.

1. Relaxing location in the mountains. 2. First floor room. Great breakfast offerings. 3. Excellent room, decor, comfortable beds and cozy pillows to sink into. 4. Bathroom clean and modern. Liked the chaise bench/table/chairs.

Some noise in morning hallway/front door as others left.

Nothing really. Not that is was a horrible stay. Just did not like it. Do not request a pet free room because you will get one and it smells like a barn. Had to drag luggage up stairs to change rooms.

Location-there is no sign visible from the road,no elevator,small bathroom with zero counter space,the tray for the coffee pod was missing and evidently they don't have replacements,the pool was closed for the season-it's mid June no ice on 2nd floor.

The pool was filthy and had so many chemicals in it that you couldn't see down in to the water. I'm hoping it's because the summer has just started and that they may have only just opened it.

staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and told us everything we needed to know. Made us feel at home and welcomed.

The room paint jobs look a little raggedy.

Location; pretty far distance off I77. No restaurants nearby, so had to drive again for dinner. Would have preferred Queen bed; guess none were available. Breakfast was good.

poor maintenance. closet door off hing. light bulbs burned out. bad switch on heat lamp in bathroom. no towel bars in bathroom. missing knob on ac unit

Friendly staff and cleanliness

No elevator. No breakfast but due to the current pandemic situation.

The guy that checked me in did a fantastic job. I had booked a room at a different hotel by mistake and he called them up for me and handled my cancelation and rebooking with yall. Really appreciate him making the rest of my night relaxing

Bath room is to small

The hotel was close to stores, gas stations, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom had many towels, washcloths, and hand towels. It was clean. Food was good. I had stayed there once before, so knew what to expect.

I really have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Missing coffee packets in the room

Have stayed here several times and only flaw I seen was wished it was just a little bit closer to Bluefield. Again just wishing... Will stay there again as football season kicks off and games begin.

See above, no issues found and just a preference on my part.
